I love these two videos! I know these guys have some dodginess to them, but therre is still no doubt God has used these guys in different ways. These vids are just a bit of fun rather than a theological something! However, Ive fallen over when people have prayed for me on several occasions, sometimes they have touched me other times they have not. For me, my time on the ground was relaxing and I heard God speak to me in a powerful way. It felt as though there was no one else around, just me and God. Enjoy!

You said "I know these two have some dodginess to them" - well there's an understatement. A basic Google search will bring up a mountain of material describing how dodgy they are. Evil men preying (not praying) on the desperation of people in need, giving them false hope and stealing from them. Yet despite what you think as being "some dodginess" you still align yourself with them to some extent. Predictable, sad and frustrating.
In my experience God is a God of peace, you say it was relaxing. Just about every person in both those videos when 'hit' with the 'spirit' would shake violently... that doesn't seem to me peaceful or relaxing... is that God... what's your take on that?

jack - i like to take the good from people and leave the bad... By no means do I agree with everything they say or do, I dont know them well enough to know that anyway! but I dont put blinkers up and ignore all the good stuff. just wondering who do you aline yourself with?
Celeste - shaking is a common manifestation of the Holy Spirit. When I was baptised in the Holy Spirit (didnt fall over though) my hand shook for 4 hours and I couldnt stop it. My heart changed during that time which was the bigger manifestation if you know what I mean...
As for the people in the clips, all I can presume is God is doing something outwardly and inwardly. Other times people have shaken during the Bible times were during times of evil being cast out, its very possible that could have been taking place too!

the violent shaking isn't what shocks me, its the fact that they are literally 'HIT'...by the Holy Spirit? maybe. maybe not. but definitely by the medium. i think i would fall down if i was whacked over the head like that too!
yet not all of them were touched were they?
